On-site PM means Skyler is physically present at the project location, coordinating day-to-day with contractors and your team. Remote coordination covers weekly calls, schedule management, RFI tracking, and documentation without regular site presence. Many projects use a combination of both.
How quickly can you start on a project?
For most engagements, Skyler can be up and running within one to two weeks of agreement. Having a clear scope and the right project information ready at kickoff makes for a faster start.
What scheduling tools do you use?
Skyler works in Microsoft Project, Excel-based schedules, or whatever scheduling tool the client already uses. The tool matters less than having a schedule that's actively maintained and communicated.
Can you manage a project remotely and still be effective?
Yes — especially for coordination-heavy phases. Weekly calls, shared documentation, and clear action item tracking are the core of effective remote PM. When site visits are needed, those can be scheduled on an as-needed basis.
